In this class we are going to review some basic concepts of monoclonal gammopathy. They are a group of disorders characterized by the accumulation of abnormal cells that produce an elevated number of abnormal proteins known as Immunoglobulins. These Immunoglobulins are not functional and they are deposited In several organs causing alterations and malfunction.
