Debido a lo anterior en este trabajo nos enfocamos a la biorremediaci\u00f3n, por medio de hongos ligninol\u00edticos, los cuales se han reportado como eficientes degradadores de colorantes. En este trabajo espec\u00edficamente, se recolectaron 5 cepas de hongos, de la selva lacandona (CA, CH, GR, PS, PO) a los que se les extrajo el DNA gen\u00f3mico con el fin de identificarlos molecularmente por medio de la amplificaci\u00f3n de los ribosomales 18S. Finalmente, al realizar el an\u00e1lisis in silico de las secuencias nucleot\u00eddicas de sus genes, por bioinform\u00e1tica, se detectaron 4 g\u00e9neros: Hypocrea, Trichoderma, Pycnoporus y Pleurotus.
