Introduction
Hello, welcome to this 17th class of the Hematology course provided by the University of Guanajuato. With this class we start the fourth section of this course and we are going to review some basic concepts of coagulation disorders. The study of coagulation disorders Is Important because some are really common In the Mexican population, and not all of them are hereditary; some could be acquired and due to poor diet or to some bad habits.
Hope this class will help you to understand the basic concepts of hemostasis, let’s get started.
