Within the framework of the 18th edition of the World Lake Conference (WLC18), the University of Guanajuato carried out the project “Drops of Hope” in collaboration with the educational area of the Guanajuato Municipal Potable Water and Sewer System (SIMAPAG) and the ONG “Resplandor International”.
In this project, children from Shiga Prefecture, Japan, and children from the community of Cajones in the municipality of Guanajuato shared their thoughts on the conservation of water bodies and their future in our environments through drawings.
This exercise has resulted in 10 drawings selected to show the vision on this topic, in an exhibition that will take place in “the Alexander Von Humboldt Passage”, downtown City of Guanajuato, from November 5 to 12, 2021.
